  • Explore: What can management do? How do you respond? Where do we begin? Who will be or has been affected?

  • Onsite workplace visit and assessment of potential concerns of workplace environment:

  • review workplace history and “triggers” to respond and rebuild for future

  • 2 hour coaching services

 Gold Level

   Full Day Presentation

Advanced level for violent crime, reporting, the justice system and resources. 

Included:

  • More advanced training: looking inside the multiple levels of violent crimes vs. property crimes.

  • Explore the hidden signs of violence and what support & safety you can provide at the workplace.

  • Tools and insight with confidential consulting regarding workplace safety

  • What can management do? how do you respond? Where do we begin? Who is your employee/s that have been affected?

  • Onsite workplace visit and threat assessment.

  • How to create work and life balance by starting the healing journey.

  • 4 hour coaching services
