Against the stereotypes put into the public through media and traditional knowledge of Autism, Individuals with Autism wants to work. Even though some people with Autism may not be able to work full time while others love to work full time. Individuals with Autism want to work like most others in society but they may require supports and flexibility to succeed in that journey of working.
